  • application form from parents to the child for issuing a passport;
  • a bank receipt for payment of a state fee in the amount of 1 thousand or 1.5 thousand rubles - you can find out the payment details on the websites of the Federal Migration Service of Russia in your area of ​​residence;
  • the Russian passport of the applicant and his copy;
  • the original and a copy of the metric, a stamp on citizenship;
  • children's photos 4 pcs.

A child's regular passport is valid for 5 years.If you make a biometric document, its validity period is twice as long - 10 years. You do not need to paste a new photo into it. If you travel across the border with this document, when the child grows up and is unrecognizable in the passport photo, border guards may ask for a birth certificate. It should contain a mark on the issuance of the passport with its details.

Receipt of a document through the State Services

There are two ways to get a passport -personal visit to the FMS and on the State Services website. To obtain a document through the website, you must register on the State Services portal, log in to your personal account, order the service, and fill out a number of forms. A brief description of the procedure for obtaining a passport through the website:

  • Indicate your location and choose the nearest FMS department to receive the document.
  • Specify your relationship to the child - mother,father, guardian. The system will add the questionnaire data you entered during registration automatically, but you must enter your place of birth and passport data manually.
  • Specify your registration data by consistently answering the questions suggested by the questionnaire system.
  • Indicate the child's basic data and information from the birth certificate.
  • Fill out the form depending on the type of your application - at your place of residence, if you have temporary registration, at your actual place of residence.
  • Upload a photo of the child in the format of 35 to 45 mm and apply. On the results of its consideration, learn in your account.
  • You can pick up the completed document at the FMS office you specified. If the child is leaving the country with a relative, without parents, a power of attorney must be drawn up at a notary.
