Nespresso coffeePhoto:NespressoFrom the first minutes of tasting, the new spring Onirio coffee variety from Nespresso will captivate you with sensual notes of white flowers, reminiscent of the aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, to which light notes of roasting and a feeling of soft rounded texture will then be added. This amazing spring blend is born from an exquisite combination of two premium coffee varieties - Sidamo Arabica and Yrgacheffe Arabica, grown in the southwest of Ethiopia and carefully selected by Nespresso coffee experts. To achieve the ideal combination of taste and aromatic qualities of the new coffee, a unique technique of separate roasting of each Arabica variety was used. The intense roasting of the Sidamo Arabica brings out the roasted notes and highlights the round texture of the blend, while the light roasting of the Yrgacheffe Arabica brings out the floral notes and adds fresh citrus notes. «We wanted to create an exceptional coffee blend with a dense texture and at the same time with amazing floral notes in the aromatic bouquet, – says Alexis Rodriguez, Nespresso coffee expert. – You could say that the Onirio variety is based on  true alchemy!»To highlight the refined taste of Onirio coffee, Nespresso has created a limited series of elegant accessories – coffee pairs, the design of which was developed in collaboration with the French designer Christian Ghion and the creative studio Onze Dixième.
