THE BRIGHT PATH For those who decided to connect their lives with Just for You, there are several paths. You can choose a standard menu (although in this case, "standard" is not quite the right word). Or create a diet to suit your taste. If you have hated fish since childhood or are allergic to tomatoes, this will be taken into account. There is a third option. Take a blood test for an allergen of specific immunoglobulin and get a list of products that do not cause negative reactions in the body. But there will be no room for whims here and you will have to completely trust the doctors. The reward for humility will be measured in lost kilograms and centimeters. NOTHING EXTRA The Just for You menu is not just exquisite dishes. It is a carefully balanced diet, compiled according to all the canons of classical dietetics: carbohydrates and proteins for breakfast, proteins for lunch, complex carbohydrates and a small amount of protein for dinner. Plus a second breakfast and an afternoon snack. This system allows you to lose weight easily, comfortably and without any stress for the body. The minimum cycle is 10 days, 2 of which will be fasting days. But don't "hope" on apples or low-fat cottage cheese. Instead, you will have to indulge in delicious vegetable dishes. It is not surprising that the usual companions of the diet: irritability, dizziness, permanent hunger and, as a result, the desire to eat a hamburger and a jar of chocolate spread under cover of night - do not threaten you.
