For my teaching and leadership practiceI really often hear the question of the “Fidget” children's team: “Will my child become a star?” ... I think that it is important for any parent to start not with this question, which is inherently inadmissible, but with observation of your baby. After all, it is up to the parent to bring out the makings of a musician, artist, athlete, aircraft designer and help them develop. It is important to create the necessary creative environment from the very birth of your child, which later will be able to cultivate in him a craving for some kind of creativity.Photo: Getty ImagesFor example, when I was pregnant, I read aloudGreek myths, Russian fairy tales, read about little Julius Caesar. And when Kiryusha was born, 40 minutes before he went to bed I put classical music on in the background and read fairy tales to it. Engage your child - tell him about famous people who have achieved great success in life! And, of course, watch his reaction at the same time, listen to what questions the child asks in response. And to even more clearly determine your child's interest, take him to "production". Surely among your friends there will be those who are connected with interesting professions. How a dentist works, how scientific workers work in laboratories, ask to walk along the wings of the theater after a theatrical performance - show your child how the work process is arranged from the inside. I am absolutely sure that all children without exception are gifted with something, God has rewarded everyone with something. It is only important to discern his craving.I watch a lot of the kids who come toto us for castings. For me, the most important role is played by the child's look, organic nature and stage charisma. And also his attitude. If the child has fire in his eyes, if he is ready to move mountains, if he really wants to achieve his goal - he will achieve it. But if the look is dim, the shoulders are hunched, the head is down and the baby shows with his whole appearance: "Leave me alone", then neither hearing nor voice will save him. It is useless. Our task is to take a child who is truly comfortable in public attention, who has a predisposition to musical ear, a sense of rhythm, recitation of poetry. Therefore, training is focused on developing the child's own talents. We work with his individuality. It is important to develop children comprehensively: stage speech, so that they can formulate their thoughts, musical literacy, so that they can clearly intonate, choreography - classical and modern, so that they develop their physical plasticity and are relaxed. It happens that I ask a young soloist: "What do you dream of becoming when you grow up?" If he answers: "A star", I always correct him. After all, it is important to understand the difference between a profession and a result. Becoming an artist or a star is the result of creative development. Therefore, I strongly recommend that all parents motivate their children to get a profession, set them up for hard work, and not abstractly dream of a stellar career. After all, the best profession is to become a good person. And recognition, as a result of your work, will definitely come!
