What federal benefits do working single mothers have?
For a woman raising a child on her own,are entitled to the same benefits as complete families, but at the regional level they are assigned additional payments, the amount of which varies depending on the subject of the Federation.

Assistance is provided in kind or in cash and applies to the following parties to work:
- Convenient schedule. Until the age of three years, business leaders of any form of ownership cannot send a mother on business trips, engage in overtime work and on non-working days, and up to five years to put on night shifts without her consent.
- Short schedule. At the request of a female worker raising a baby under 14 or a disabled person, she is given a part-time or week job.
- Extra leave. Until a child is 14 years old, a woman can take 2 weeks of free vacation, and if a baby has a disability, she is given up to four additional weekends a month.
- Dismissal from work. If the child is under the age of 14 or is disabled before the age of 18, the lonely mother must not be fired without a reason. Loss of work can cause the liquidation of the enterprise or gross violations of labor discipline on the part of women.
- Taxation. A tax deduction laid down for parents of children under 18 and full-time students of higher education institutions, that is, a reduction in taxable wages, doubles for a single mother if her income does not exceed the amount determined by the state.
- Nursing care for a child. The size and procedure for receiving disability payments is the same for all. The exception is the mothers of children with certain diseases or disabled people, but these differences are related to the health of the baby, and not the special status of the woman.
Regional authorities or heads of enterprisesmay expand the list of benefits, assign additional compensation or privileges. But this is not regulated by law and is an act of mercy and goodwill.

- Admission to the kindergarten. State priorities in this matter are not provided for, but in Irkutsk, Bratsk, Angarsk, single residents have the first right to get a place in the kindergarten for their children, and in Moscow and Yekaterinburg they have benefits.
- Discount for training. For education in special schools you can get a 30% discount by writing a statement to the Committee on Culture and addressed to the director.
- Free food. The child of the privileged category is provided with free breakfast and lunch.
Providing free housing for single mothersis not provided, but she can participate in the "Young Family" program and get a mortgage for an apartment, paying a reduced interest rate with the help of the state. Assistance at the state and regional levels does not solve the problems of single mothers, but it makes their lives much easier and allows them to pay more attention to their baby.
