What can a one-year-old child eat?

Products that should be on the menu of proper baby food:
- Eggs. You should include hard-boiled chicken or quail eggs in your menu 2-3 times a week.
- Meat. Meat products are recommended to be given daily for 100 g. Lean pork, chicken, beef, or offal, cooked on steamed in the form of meatballs, mashed potatoes.
- A fish. Fish products can be given on 30 g, twice a week. A fillet of hake, pike-perch, or cod is suitable.
- Vegetables. It is obligatory to include vegetable dishes in the menu, they should be cooked in the form of puree.
- Berries and fruit. Enter fruit in the menu one by one, in small quantities. It is necessary to observe the reaction of the body to the crumbs.
- Dairy. Every day a child should receive up to 600 g of dairy products: yoghurt, kefir and milk. And also a baby cottage cheese is needed, up to 70 g per day.
- Sweets. Up to two years, chocolate should not be given, candy, but occasionally you can honey, jam, cookies.
