Little about cider

The result is a light alcoholic drink (its strength is only 6-7 degrees) of a beautiful amber color. The cider is very popular. In Germany, cider is called Apfelwein (Apfelwein - for apple wine) and every autumn in Frankfurt a festival is held in his honor - Apfelweinfest. The origin of the cider is associated with the name of King Charlemagne (VIII-IX centuries), who allegedly once sat on a sack overripe apples, which crushed them, and the result was cider.
