Cooking: 1. Peel potatoes, boil in salted water, mash, cool. 3. Canned fish oil is drained, the fish is freed from bones, knead.3. Mix the fish, grated lemon zest, chopped dill and potatoes. Add egg, stir, pour flour, mix, try on salt. Wet hands to form burgers, roll in crackers, fry on each side until rosy. As an option, instead of canned food, you can use hot smoked mackerel without skin and bones, you need to knead it with a fork. You can make two types of meatballs: one with canned fish, the other with smoked. It is tasty, simple, budget.
