Salad with squid from the brand-chef of the De Marco cafe network of Sergey Erofeev

Ingredients (per serving):100 g squid 50 g mozzarella50 g peas 50 g spinach 300 g pumpkin 20 g ginger 20 g honey. Method of preparation: Clean squid. We roast oyster mushrooms, spinach leaves, add mozzarellu. Fill the squid with the stuffing, fry it on the grill. We take the pumpkin puree: cut the pumpkin into cubes, bake in foil in the oven, wipe with honey and ginger through a sieve or in a blender. We put the ready squid on the resulting mashed potatoes.
