Ingredients (for 1 serving):100 g squid50 g mozzarella50 g oyster mushrooms50 g spinach300 g pumpkin20 g ginger20 g honey. Method of preparation: Clean the squid. Fry the oyster mushrooms, spinach leaves, add mozzarella. Stuff the squid with the resulting filling, fry on the grill. Prepare pumpkin puree: cut the pumpkin into cubes, bake in foil in the oven, rub with honey and ginger through a sieve or in a blender. Place the finished squid on the resulting puree.
