  • 500 g of wheat flour
  • 300 g of wholemeal flour
  • 3 tbsp. l. unrefined vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 200-300 ml of warm water
  • 1 tbsp. l. sliced ​​dried cherries or cranberries, you can raisins
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. l. mix, sesame and sunflower seeds

Preparation: 1. Both types of flour sift along with the yeast in a bowl, mix with sugar and salt. Cut berries and nuts finely, but not into "dust", mix with flour mixture. In the mixture make a groove, pour warm water and oil. Knead the soft dough. Let the dough come for an hour under the towel. Approach the dough to crumple, let go again.6. Form a small bar from the dough, make diagonal incisions, grease with sweet water, sprinkle with a mixture of seeds. 7. Bake in a heated oven to 200 degrees until golden brown for about forty minutes. Take the bread out of the oven, lay it on the grate, cover with a linen towel, give it a rest. The bread with fresh butter is very good for a cup of freshly brewed black tea. Amazing breakfast and afternoon tea! This is a simple bread recipe, you can experiment with different types of flour, adding rye or buckwheat.
