Pairs of leaves of black currant, raspberries, cherries and strawberries, as well as several rose hips, are enough to make the tea fragrant and enriched with a variety of vitamins and beneficial properties. For tea, young, intact leaves with even green color and newly blossoming buds are collected. They are washed and put in the teapot with the tea leaves. For the winter, you can dry the leaves and flowers, laying them in a single layer on paper in a ventilated area away from the sun's rays. You can brew the leaves and separately, without tea leaves, then you will get an infusion. It is drunk hot and cold, but in any case, which destroys some valuable substances.
