Baked baked ham
We need:
- pork fillet - 1-1.2 kg (choose);
- garlic - 1 head;
- a mixture of peppers (black, red, fragrant);
- coarse salt;
- foil.

- Cut the large piece into two parts.Rub each one with a mixture of ground peppers (allspice, black, red) and salt (preferably coarse). Peel the garlic, cut each clove into narrow segments. Pierce the pork with a knife (if possible - as deep as possible) and use your fingers to lard the meat with pieces of garlic. In this way, "shape" the entire piece.
- Put both pieces in a deep bowl and leave to marinate in the cold (preferably overnight).
- Wrap each piece in foil and place both pieces on a deep pan (the edges of the foil should be on top).
- Bake for about 2 hours at 180 °C.After 50 minutes, carefully open the foil, arm yourself with a tablespoon and pour the juice that has been released over the pork. Repeat this procedure again after about half an hour. 15 minutes before the end of cooking, open the foil to form a golden brown crust.
- To check the readiness of the pork, cut it with a knife: the cut should be uniformly baked.
- Remove the pork from the oven, drain the juice from the foil and leave to cool directly in the foil.
- When serving, cut the pork into pieces, don't forget the horseradish and mustard!
