Dip in a bowl of ice water for crispier onions. Drain and dry the onions before serving. Add a tablespoon of vinegar, a tablespoon of sesame oil preheated in a pan. Season generously with sea salt, add freshly ground black pepper and red pepper. Assorted green salad with kumquats Ingredients: green salad - 12 leaves, kumquats - 1 cup, - 1 tbsp. l., oil with Provencal herbs, salt, freshly ground black pepper, green onions - 1 sprig, pumpkin seeds - 1 handful Take different types of green salad, such as escariole salad, young mustard leaves or cabbage. Separate the leaves from the stem. Cut the kumquats into thin slices. Pack the salad and kumquats in separate plastic containers and refrigerate overnight.
