Soft-boiled egg with asparagus

- cut sausage mortadella in half
- Asparagus cut off rough ends, sprinkle with Worcester sauce
- wrap the asparagus in Mortadella and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown
- boil eggs in the bag
- clear the top
- Worcester sauce remaining mixed with egg
- serve as deep asparagus
