Soft-boiled egg with asparagus

  • cut sausage mortadella in half
  • Asparagus cut off rough ends, sprinkle with Worcester sauce
  • wrap the asparagus in Mortadella and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown
  • boil eggs in the bag
  • clear the top
  • Worcester sauce remaining mixed with egg
  • serve as deep asparagus
