Not at all. It has been scientifically proven that the secret of a large population of centenarians is in a healthy lifestyle. If there is a miracle, then it is completely and completely rational, because it depends only on the diet, that is, what people eat. This fact made a strong impression on the famous French nutritionist Jacques Fricker and his co-author Dominique Lati. Walking somehow through the market (not just somewhere, but in Moscow), a girl, seriously keen on cooking, found on the shelves of sellers from Georgia products typical for Crete: garlic, beans, cereals, cereals, walnuts, sheep's milk, etc. curdled milk. Intrigued by this coincidence, she became interested in Georgian cuisine and found that in the Caucasus, out of 100,000 inhabitants, 51 had celebrated their centenary, breaking Okinawa's record!
