Moreover, it was from these years that the rapid development of the restaurant business in Russia began. A theatrical performance about the famous chef is planned at the main venue of the festival, in the Sputnik cinema. The audience will be told the story of the appearance of the favorite salad, without which no celebration or holiday is complete.
