Shrimp and Pickled Cucumber Salad

- 500 g small shrimp
- 20 pickled cucumbers
- half an apple
- mayonnaise
- bunch of dill
Cooking: 1. Shrimp pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, then pour again, leave for another 5 minutes. Cucumbers cut in half, then across thin slices.3. Peel the apple, cut into strips, sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to darken.4. Dill cut, mix with mayonnaise. Ingredients layered in a glass: cucumbers, apple, shrimp, mayonnaise layer. Repeat. On top - a little more mayonnaise. 6. Decorate with a "fan" of cucumber, unpeeled shrimp and dill.
