Four years ago the German butcher Jorg Staroske presented sausage with chocolate and orange zest at a food show in Berlin and immediately received the first prize. German culinary specialists have gone even further: they process sausage with music, set up production of minced herbal medicine, and more recently invented sausage with coffee. And the most difficult thing in this business turned out to be choosing a sort of coffee, which, with its aroma, will not interrupt the smell of ground meat. As the Germans say, coffee sausage is a pure pleasure for those who like to sit over a beer. But for Belarus, chocolate sausage is still exotic.
