Four years ago, German butcher Jörg Shtaroske presented sausage with chocolate and orange zest at a food show in Berlin and immediately received first prize. German chefs went even further: they treat sausage with music, set up the production of minced meat with medicinal herbs, and just recently invented sausage with coffee. Moreover, the most difficult thing in this matter was to choose a type of coffee whose aroma would not interrupt the smell of minced meat. As the Germans assure, coffee sausage is pure pleasure for those who like to sit with a glass of beer. But for Belarus, chocolate sausage is still exotic.
