Starting from childhood I ate wrong: chips, chocolates, sausage - this was how my daily diet of overeating looked like. I also had a corresponding hobby: I adored lying on the couch with a book in one hand and a weighty sandwich in the other. And somehow, after the prom at school, I decided to watch a video of this gala event. And what did you see? Instead of an elegant beautiful girl on the film, a fat young lady appeared in a blue suit of the 54th size. There was no limit to my indignation. It was at that moment that I decided to thoroughly take on myself. Attempt No. 1 At first, I tried many diets, but the result was fleeting. I had a scheme like that. At first, I was starving for several days, and then with a calm conscience, I was feeding on food. At the same time I believed that once I stood the test of a diet, then everything is possible for me. It is clear that this approach did not give any effect. Then decided to abandon the diet and just do not eat after 16 hours. It didn’t work again, because I ate everything I saw before “X hour”. Gradually, through trial and error, fasting and eating, I got to a simple but very correct thought. I realized that I need not to go on diets, but simply to restructure my diet. But as an Attempt No. 2His helped his majesty the case. The book on separate nutrition has long been lying at home. After reading it from cover to cover, I realized that I had found my way to the ideal weight. From now on I will try to follow these rules:

    one.Began to strictly adhere to the product compatibility chart. I eat 5 times a day, but in small portions. 2. She strictly denied herself flour and switched to grain bread. I banned myself from chips, canned food and, in general, all products that have undergone excessive chemical processing. On my table - only natural vegetables, fruits and products without additives. I also gave up sugar and limited salt as much as possible. I practically gave up meat. It turned out that before I ate it not so much because I wanted to, but rather out of habit. So I even liked being a vegetarian. I often arrange fasting days for myself when I eat only fruit or drink only kefir. 5. I limited myself to coffee, although I love it very much. In addition, stopped while eating - it helps digestion very well. Now I drink my cup of tea or a glass of water only 30–40 minutes after a meal. I set aside at least 20-30 minutes for exercise every day. I squat, swing abs, train my legs and arms. In the summer, I run in the park almost every morning. All this gives an excellent result, if you do not feel sorry for yourself and give all your best.

Of course, I had some difficult moments. But such situations quickly passed, and I again took myself in hand. And, of course, my beloved person helped me a lot: supported and soothed at the right moments. Menu for a day: 30 minutes before breakfast - a glass of water to “wake up” the stomach. Breakfast: 2-3 sandwiches of grain bread with butter or a plate of oatmeal with butter. Second breakfast: 2 apples or grapefruit. Lunch: 300–400 g of low-fat cottage cheese, a few pieces of prunes or raisins. Full body: 2 apples or 2 oranges. Dinner is strictly not later than 18 hours: 300 g of low-fat kefir.
