StartI have been eating incorrectly since childhood:chips, chocolates, sausage - that's what my daily overeating diet looked like. I had a corresponding hobby: I loved to lie on the couch with a book in one hand and a hefty sandwich in the other. And then one day after a graduation party at school, I decided to watch a video recording of this solemn event. And what did I see? Instead of an elegant, beautiful girl, the film featured a fat young lady in a size 54 blue suit. My indignation knew no bounds. It was at that moment that I decided to take myself seriously. Attempt - 1 At first, I tried many diets, but the results from them were fleeting. My plan was as follows. First, I starved for several days, and then, with a clear conscience, I pounced on food. At the same time, I believed that since I had passed the test of the diet, I could do anything. It is clear that this approach did not give any effect. Then I decided to give up diets and just not eat after 4 pm. Again, it did not work out - because until the "hour X" I ate everything I saw. Gradually, through trial and error, fasting and overeating, I came to a simple but very correct idea. I realized that I did not need to go on diets, but simply radically change my diet. But how Attempt - 2 His Majesty Chance helped. A book about separate nutrition had been lying at our house for a long time. Having read it from cover to cover, I realized that I had found my way to an ideal weight. From now on, I will try to follow these rules:
- 1.I began to strictly adhere to the food compatibility table. I eat 5 times a day, but in small portions. 2. I strictly refused myself flour and switched to grain bread. I banned myself from chips, canned goods and generally all products that have undergone excessive chemical processing. On my table there are only natural vegetables, fruits and products without additives. I also gave up sugar and limited salt as much as possible. 3. I practically gave up meat. It turned out that before I ate it not so much because I wanted to, but rather out of habit. So I even liked being a vegetarian. 4. I often arrange fasting days for myself, when I eat only fruit or drink only kefir. 5. I limited myself in coffee, although I love it very much. In addition, I stopped drinking it during meals - it helps digestion very well. I now drink my cup of tea or glass of water only 30-40 minutes after eating. 6. I spend at least 20-30 minutes a day exercising. I do squats, crunches, and work out my legs and arms. In the summer, I run in the park almost every morning. All of this gives excellent results if you don't feel sorry for yourself and give it your all.
Of course, I had difficult moments too.But such situations quickly passed, and I pulled myself together again. And, of course, my loved one helped me a lot: he supported and calmed me down at the right moments. Menu for the day: 30 minutes before breakfast - a glass of water to "wake up" the stomach.
