He himself calls himself not a sculptor, but an inventor. And it should be noted that the Kiev mayors like his inventions: on the Kiev Maidan alone, two “inventions” of the author are installed at once, which have become local attractions: the sculpture shop “Lanterns in Love” and “Tree with Chairs”. Several more works are scattered in other parts of the center of the Ukrainian capital; for example, he also owns the "Shop with chairs" near the Kiev Passage. Only this March in Kiev was installed, the author of which was also Vladimir Belokon. The new sculpture of the blacksmith-inventor is a model of the globe with a diameter of 2 meters and weighing 300 kilograms. The mockup consists entirely of elements of women's underwear. When asked why all of a sudden it was women's underwear, the author replies that his sculpture is a monument to female beauty that rules the world, and underwear most accurately expresses the female essence. The opening of the monument will take place in the afternoon on Monday, August 23, in the park on the street. Gorodetsky, 8. The date was not chosen by chance: an unofficial holiday will be celebrated on this day - the All-Ukrainian Day of Lingerie.
