Ginger: the best energy and immunostimulant

Everyone seems to know about the healing properties of ginger: it stimulates immunity and digestion, helps burn excess calories, tones up and helps keep warm. It is not surprising that in the Asian culinary tradition, based primarily on the health benefits of ingredients, ginger has a special place and is part of virtually any recipe. This is also understandable from the point of view of modern science: fresh ginger contains almost all the essential amino acids. It increases internal heat, stimulates appetite, stimulates metabolism, helps in purifying the body. Ginger tea is an excellent remedy for colds. Ginger is also very useful for people engaged in intellectual work: it thins the blood, due to which the brain is better supplied with oxygen, the functions of the senses of perception and intelligence are activated. Ginger lemonade, made on the basis of a concentrated syrup, not only invigorates and tones, but also helps with manifestations of weakness in the vestibular apparatus, for example, when rocking in the car. Put it in a saucepan, fill it with three glasses of water (600 ml), add a glass of sugar and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes without covering with a lid. In the finished syrup, while it is still warm, add the juice and zest of five limes and leave it to cool completely, and then strain it through a sieve. Dilute the syrup can be simple water with ice, soda or cold mineral water.
