Ginger lemonade, made from concentrated syrup, not only invigorates and tones, but also helps with vestibular weakness, such as motion sickness in a car. RECIPE: Ginger lemonade Peel and cut a 8-10 cm long ginger root into thin slices. Place in a saucepan, pour in three glasses of water (600 ml), add a glass of sugar and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes, without covering. Add the juice and zest of five limes to the finished syrup while it is still warm and leave it to cool completely, then strain through a sieve. You can dilute the syrup with plain water with ice, soda or cold mineral water.
