Traditional Olivier in a new way

- 500–600 g low-fat boiled boneless beef
- 10–12 pickled cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 3 potatoes "in uniform"
- 2 tbsp. l green peas
- mayonnaise
- greenery
Cooking: 1. Boiled beef cut into very thin slices, select two approximately the same. Peel and finely chop the potatoes. cucumbers and onions (who do not like, it is possible without onions) are also very finely chopped.4. Mix the sliced vegetables with mayonnaise, try, if necessary, add salt.5. On a slice of beef put 1,5-2 tsp. fillings, cover with a second slice, gently squeeze. Do not put a lot of filling, so as not to go beyond the edges of pieces of meat. Eggs cut into 8 slices. Put a spoonful of filling on a serving plate, strengthen meat sandwich on it, spread egg slices and green peas on the sides.8. You can add boiled carrot circles. Tip: Cut the meat with a chilled and always sharp knife, then the slices will be even.
