1. Campari
The name Gaspar Campari (Gaspare Campari) has acquiredfame very quickly. By the time Gaspar was 14 years old, he was already considered the best barman in Turin. His cocktails enjoyed a frenzied popularity, and Gaspar decided to start creating his own recipe for an aperitif. When he finally bequeathed to his heirs the formula of the drink, there were more than 60 components in it. In 1860, Gaspard founded Gruppo Campari to register the trademark of its own bitter in Milan. Just like the recipe for Coca Cola, the constituents of the Campaigns are kept in the strictest secrecy, which is known only to the company chairman and a small handful of workers who add water and alcohol to the classified concentrate in order to get the same taste. The drink is still made according to Gaspar's formula and includes quinine, orange peel, rhubarb and various aromatic herbs. Cocktails based on Campari
