Crispy salad with seafood

- 500 g of sea cocktail
- 1 liter of water
- a quarter of a lemon
- 3-4 clove buds
- 300 g of rucola
- half red sweet pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 2 stems of celery
- 100 g celery root
- three sprigs of parsley
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
- salt
Preparation:1.Boil water, add a quarter of a lemon and cloves. 2. Cook the seafood cocktail in this “broth” for two minutes after boiling, then discard in a colander and cool. 3. Grate the celery root, a small carrot and half a red bell pepper into thin strips. Mix the vegetables. 4. Cut the celery stalk lengthwise and then across into thin slices. 5. Boil all the ingredients for the marinade, pour over the vegetable mixture, let stand for 10 minutes. Then carefully add salt and the celery stalk, mix everything. 6. Put a couple of handfuls of arugula on a flat plate, then the marinated vegetables on it, then the seafood cocktail. 7. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. 8. Add a little more olive oil if desired. The salad is very juicy, crispy, it has an unusual taste. Instead of seafood cocktail, you can take shrimp or squid. The usual one can give an unforgettable experience, the main thing is to keep it company with crispy bacon and exquisite leeks.
