Klafuti

Klafuti - French dessert with berries.Clafoutis - French dessert with berriesShutterstock No one can deny that fresh berries are the champion in a variety of vitamins and minerals. But it would be foolish to offer equally fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blueberries whenever your spouse asks you for a glass of white wine in a romantic setting! Fresh berries can get boring as quickly as chicken and chips. Fortunately, the French, great connoisseurs of romance, know the perfect recipe for a dessert with berries for lovers - clafoutis. Unlike the vast majority of French desserts, clafoutis is extremely simple in nature and extremely easy to make. This is a typical rural dish, which is a cross between a pie and a sweet casserole, originally from the province of Limousin. Initially, clafoutis, whose French name comes from the word "fill", was cooked only with cherries. This option is considered classic to this day, which, however, does not prevent fans of this dessert from experimenting with other fruits and berries - from blueberries and plums to pears and apricots. l. sugar, 100 g flour, 4 eggs, 2 glasses of milk, 1 tbsp. l. butter, salt. Method of preparation: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour fresh or defrosted raspberries with 3 tbsp. l. Sahara. In a deep bowl, combine flour, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat the eggs separately and add to the flour, along with the milk and melted butter. Stir until smooth, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Drain any excess juice from the raspberries and place the berries in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Pour over the dough and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees and cook until golden brown - about 20 minutes more. Serve the clafoutis warm with a ball of ice cream. Was there no ice cream in the fridge? ! It will turn out to be no worse than the factory one, if, of course, you suddenly have all the necessary ingredients ...
