We will need: for 1 glass of semolina - 5 glasses of milk, 1 tbsp. sugar and ½ tsp. salt. Bring the milk to a boil, pour in the cereal in a thin stream, stirring continuously. Cook for 10 minutes until thickened. At the very end, add sugar and salt to the porridge, and a piece of butter to the plate.
