Meringue "Pavlova"

Add a pound of sugar, 20 g of starch, 100 ml of boiling water, vanilla seeds and beat another 3 minutes. Increase the speed to the maximum and beat another 5 minutes.4. Put the prepared meringue on a baking sheet in the shape of a well and bake for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 100 degrees.5. For the filling, passurize the fruit in butter with an almond and a vanilla pod.6. Add some sugar and port so that the fruit is caramelized. Put the fruit on the baked meringue, decorate the dessert with whipped cream and fresh berries.
