It is very important not to overexpose the grapes, otherwise the wine will become too tart and cloudy. If you hurry, the taste of the drink will be mild. Therefore, it is poured into bottles on a strictly defined day and hour. Correctly prepared wine acquires a light floral aroma, ripe fruit taste and rich, bright ruby ​​color. In addition to Beaujolais Nouveau, the region produces several more wines of this series, including the famous Beaujolais cru, whose aging period reaches 20 years. This is the wine that is best servedcooled to 12-14ºC, suitable for a variety of dishes. Beaujolais Primeur, for example, to meat and light snacks, Beaujolais Jean Deville - to fries, game and poultry. "Beaujolais Village.
