Ingredients (for 4 servings): 2 medium cabbage cabbage (only the top leaves will be needed), salt, 1 carrot, 1 large onion, 3 potatoes, 2 tbsp. l. butter, ¼ tsp. cumin, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 clove of garlic, ground black pepper, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 200 g of sour cream, 1 tbsp. l. flour and tomato paste, a pinch of sugar. Method of cooking With cabbage cabbage we cut off hard or spoiled leaves, cut out a cob with a knife. We fill a large pan with water for three quarters, add half a tablespoon of salt to it. When the water boils, we lower the first head into it with a cutout down. Five minutes later we take out and cut off the top leaves. We need to remove 4-5 large leaves. We repeat the whole procedure with the second head of cabbage. Two glasses of cabbage broth is preserved. We cut or beat off the thick bases of cabbage leaves. We stack the leaves with a pile, and we prepare the filling ourselves. Clean the vegetables. Chop the greens and garlic. Onions cut into cubes and passer in oil. Carrot three on a large grater and add to the onion. Potatoes are also three on a large grater, pour cold water and rinse. Water is drained, and grated potatoes are added to the pan to the vegetables. Sprinkle the vegetables with cumin, chopped greens and garlic. Solim and season with pepper. All mixed and removed from the fire. On each prepared cabbage leaf put the filling and wrapped in an envelope. In a very hot oil, fry the cabbage rolls on both sides and transfer it to a greased baking dish or a wide pan. To cabbage rolls in the pan are not burnt, you can lay cabbage leaves down. Pour half of the preserved cabbage broth and stew on the stove on the quietest fire or cover with foil and put in a preheated to 160 degrees oven for about 30 minutes.
