The government provides support to agriculture and creates conditions for the realization of such products. And, most importantly, there is demand. First, people need variety. Nothing can be permanent, except love in hearts, of course. And in supermarkets one and the same range, there are rarely changes. Secondly, the process of shopping at the fair is interesting. Walking, choosing is something traditional, from antiquity. And you can try to bring down the price for the sake of interest. I'm not a fan of this, but if it's a good mood, I can ask the seller to give in a little. Well, the third reason - the fashion for a healthy lifestyle and natural products. Now many people are interested in it. I'm a rare visitor to the markets. Perhaps if I drove a car, I would be more likely. But I treat farm products very well. I remember when I was a child I often stayed in the village near Odessa and ate there a delicious cheese from natural production. And with my parents we often fried potatoes with forest mushrooms. Now I have new recipes. For four years now, I have not eaten fish and meat, so many new dishes have appeared on the menu.
