Sunflower oil with laurel leaf and spices
Ingredients: 6 pcs.bay leaf, 1 clove of garlic, juniper (a couple of berries), black peppercorns (a couple of peas), 250 ml of sunflower oil. Method of preparation Pour the oil into a special container with a sealed lid, add all the ingredients to it (chop the bay leaves), shake everything thoroughly, close the lid and leave in a cool place for 5 days. After 5 days, filter the aromatic oil through a linen napkin and use for various meat salads. Watch the video recipe on how.
