The most delicious "raw" jam is obtained from raspberries, strawberries, red and black currants, honeysuckle and sea buckthorn. For its preparation, berries and sugar are taken at the rate of 1: 1 or 1: 1.5, that is, 1 kg of berries will need 1 or 1.5 kg of sugar. Sort the berries, rinse, dry on a towel, put in a deep bowl or saucepan, add sugar and mash with a wooden pestle. For the same purpose, you can use a blender or meat grinder. After that, we leave our jam for several hours (overnight) so that the sugar dissolves. Finally, mix, put in jars and store this "miraculous" nectar in the refrigerator.
