The most delicious "raw" jam is made from raspberries, strawberries, red and black currants, honeysuckle and sea buckthorn. To prepare it, take berries and sugar at the rate of 1:1 or 1:1.5, that is, for 1 kg of berries you will need 1 or 1.5 kg of sugar. Sort the berries, wash, dry on a towel, put in a deep bowl or saucepan, add sugar and grind into a puree using a wooden pestle. For the same purpose, you can use a blender or meat grinder. After that, leave our jam for several hours (overnight) so that the sugar dissolves. Mix completely, put into jars and store this "miraculous" nectar in the refrigerator.
