Carrot jam with lemon and pepper

This jam is incredibly good with fried food.bacon, puff pastry tartlets and a small piece of cream cheese. What you need: 1 large carrot 1 lemon 1 orange bell pepper 1-2 chilli peppers ~100 ml apple juice 5 tbsp brown sugar 1 star anise 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp curry spice mix 1/2 tsp agar agar a pinch of salt, nutmeg and cinnamonjam recipeMulti-layer snackPhoto: Elena MoskalenkoMethod:• peel carrots; • cut the Bulgarian pepper in half, remove seeds and partitions; • grate carrots and peppers on a medium grater, put in a saucepan; • remove the lemon zest, squeeze juice, mix with carrots, pour apple juice; • add salt, sugar , spices and chopped chili peppers • boil over low heat, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes • roast coriander in a dry frying pan until aroma appears - add to carrot mass • boil the agar-agar in a separate cup in 50 ml boiling water and gently pour it in carrots; • boil another 10 minutes, remove star star
