This principle is based on the popular dietdetox (from the word "detoxification"), which helps to cleanse the body. With its help you can improve your appearance and well-being in general, and also lose a few boring kilograms. The essence of the diet is reduced to the use of cereals, greens, fruits and vegetables. But do not forget that you need to prepare for cleaning in advance: about a month you will have to remove all the flour, fatty and fried from the refrigerator, and switch to one vegetable food in 2 weeks. Important: during the diet forget about alcohol and coffee, instead drink up to 3 liters of water per day, with each breakfast should start with a glass of warm water with lemon juice. The last meal is not later than 8 pm. Maximum such a diet can last ten days, and a minimum of three days. And this is enough to make you feel much better. Breakfast: oat flakes with rhubarb puree
Ingredients (for 6 servings)700 g rhubarb, ¼ cupwater, 1½ cups or to taste date syrup (dates are a great natural sweetener), sea salt (to taste), 6 servings cooked oats. Directions: Peel the rhubarb and cut into 3–4-inch (7.5–10 cm) pieces. Place the rhubarb in a saucepan, add the water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook the rhubarb for 5 minutes, then add the date syrup and salt. Cook, covered, for another 8–10 minutes, until the rhubarb is tender. In a blender with a tight-fitting lid covered with a towel (to prevent the hot liquid from splashing), puree the rhubarb and liquid until smooth. Spoon the rhubarb puree onto a plate and place the oats in the center.
