According to the producers, the berries will be wildly successful. According to the creators of the hybrid, despite the taste and smell of pineapple, the berry is still a strawberry - they have the same genetic structure. Waitrose will be the first supermarket to sell white strawberries in England. The first hybrid was bred in South America, however, now the berries are already produced in the Netherlands, from where they are easier and faster to deliver. The berries are slightly smaller in size than ordinary strawberries and more like strawberries. They are grown in special greenhouses throughout the year. One pack of berries (125 g) will cost £ 3 (about 120 rubles), however, only until April 13. In the future, the cost of the treat will be £ 4.
