These works are included in the cost of "technical maintenance", for which we pay every month, and therefore there is no need to pay for them additionally:Plumbing call to the house
- Replacement of broken glass in the entrance hall and torn off window frames, vents, door panels, stained glass and display window fillings, glass blocks in auxiliary rooms.
- Elimination of blockages and malfunctions of garbage chutes.
- Troubleshooting electrical devices: replacing burnt-out light bulbs in common corridors and entrances, repairing switches and residual-current devices.
- Elimination of electrical supply faults (short circuits, etc.) and electrical equipment in apartments (not due to the fault of residents).
- Localization of leaks due to roofing faults.
- Troubleshooting heating and hot water supply systems, replacing leaking heating devices and heated towel rails (standard).
- Elimination of leaks or replacement of flexible piping for connecting plumbing fixtures, replacement of rubber cuffs on the toilet, adjustment of the flush tank with elimination of leaks, strengthening of plumbing fixtures.
- Clearing blockages in internal sewerage systems.
- Checking the technical condition of gas and electric stoves, if necessary - with replacement of failed parts (carried out by a special enterprise under a contract).
At extra charge
And these works will have to be paid for additionally (the approximate (average) cost of the works is indicated, since each management organization draws up its own estimate):
- Replacement of heated towel rail - from 700 rub.
- Mixer replacement - from 670 rub.
- Toilet repair - from 514 rub.
- Replacement of washbasin - from 692 rub.
- Toilet replacement - from 1.5 thousand rubles (including shut-off valves).
- Calling an electrician - about 500 rubles. Then (repair and replacement of in-house wiring, lighting fixtures) by agreement, depending on the complexity of the work.
- Replacement of a plug socket, switch, changeover switch for open and hidden wiring - from 300 rubles.
- Window glass insert - from 350 rub.
- Opening the front door if the residents have lost their keys - from 200 rubles (the cost does not include door restoration).
- Laying improved quality linoleum, paintingor wallpapering walls, painting window sills, radiators, glazing loggias, replacing door panels, sanding floors, etc. - usually by agreement with the master, depending on the complexity of the work (few management organizations can boast of having masters ready to perform such work).
- Improvement of entrance decoration by decision of owners - price negotiable.
