The best blender
Initially "field tests" of blenders weplanned to produce a milkshake using the selected models. However, even the first results have shown that all blenders are capable of doing this task well. Milkshakes made from creamy ice cream, fresh strawberries and cream are almost identical. Therefore, they decided to complicate the test. As a substance for grinding, we "offered" to blenders a multicomponent vegetable mixture of carrots, radishes, tomatoes and herbs (portions weighing 300 g). We tried to prepare the most homogeneous vegetable puree from them in a strictly specified time (1 min). The chief arbiter has kindly agreed to become the food stylist Dmitry Solokhin.
HB 7031 (Tefal, France)
Description. Power - 600 Watts. Color of the case - white, gray. The material of the body and the submerged part is rubber, matte stainless steel, plastic. Accessories included: a metal beater for mixing, a blender nozzle, a mini mill, a measuring jug. The number of speeds - 2. The length of the cord - 1.35 m. Ergonomics. The original shape of the end part of the blender provides its convenient and reliable grip. The hand does not slip due to the presence on the body of rubber pads. The submerged part has a depth of 19 cm. Two speeds, in our opinion, are not enough. Buttons for their switching are not equipped with rubberized pads. Interesting is the vacuum sucker on the cord, which allows you to fix it on a smooth surface.
Multifunctionality. The kit includes a mini-mill, a whisk and a measuring jug. The chopper is very convenient: capacious (0.8 l), with a "gripping" handle, rubber anti-slip rim and spout for spilling the mixture. The pitcher is given an original, flattened shape. Unfortunately, he does not have a pen. A simple and convenient model. Impressive thoughtful design of the chopper. Unfortunately, the multifunctionality of the blender is limited by the chopper.
VT-1456 SR (Vitek, Austria)
Description. Power - 250 Watts. The color of the case is silver-steel. The material of the body and the immersion part is plastic, matte stainless steel. Accessories included: a whisk for mixing, a shredder with a knife, a jug for mixing, a stand for wall-mounted storage of the blender and accessories. Smooth speed control (plus pulse mode). Ergonomics. The silver case looks very smart. The power cord is short - 1 m. But the submerged part has a length of 19 cm, which simplifies the use of a blender with deep pans. Pleased with the presence of a stand for storing the device and accessories. 
Multifunctionality. A blender with a capacity of 0.2 liter, whisk for mixing beans, a bowl with a capacity of 600 ml, knives with blades made of stainless steel are supplied with the blender. The bowl has a rubberized bezel to prevent it from slipping. Compact blender, featuring low power and a very reasonable price. Undoubted plus - the presence of a stand for the device and accessories. The capacity of the pitcher could have been more. The disadvantage is a weak fixation of the submerged part (when working with a significant load, it was unfastened several times).
MSM 6700 (Bosch, Germany)
Description. Power - 600 Watts. Color of the case - white, gray. Housing material - plastic. The submersible material is stainless steel. Accessories included: mixing tip, chopper, ice splitting knife, food bowl, wall mounting bracket. Smooth speed control (plus pulse mode). The length of the cord is 1.4 m. Ergonomics. The design of the blender is traditional for this type of device. The case of white plastic is not bright, it is executed qualitatively. Inserts made of rubber exclude the slipping of the device from the hands. The blender is equipped with a long power cord. The length of the submerged part is 18 cm, which makes it possible to use the device in deep saucepans.
Multifunctionality. The kit includes a mixing tank and a chopper. Both are made of transparent food plastic. Also included is a knife for splitting ice. The mixing bowl does not differ in capacity (only 0.7 liters), but it has a very convenient calibration - four different scales of volume measurement. Summary. The advantage of the blender is the successful design of the mixing bowl and chopper. The disadvantage is not a particularly convenient slider.
HR 1372 (Philips, The Netherlands)
Description. Power - 700 Watts. Color of the case - black, stainless steel. The material of the body and the submerged part is rubber, matt stainless steel, polypropylene. Accessories: nozzle for mixing, two shredders, knives to choppers and for ice splitting, bowl. The number of speeds is 5 (plus the pulse mode). The length of the cord is 1.3 m. Ergonomics. Blender is characterized by high power. The metal case seems very impressive: externally strong, to the touch non-slip (thanks to inserts of rubber). Undoubted advantage - the presence of a special loop "ear" for hanging. The cord is long and does not interfere with operation. Another advantage of the model lies in its spectacular appearance. The length of the submerged part is 18 cm.
Multifunctionality. The kit includes a knife for splitting ice, a mixing bowl, as well as two bowls-a large and small bowl. The large chopper really justifies its name (XL) - in volume (1 liter) it outperforms all competitors. Summary. Due to the high power and the XL chopper, the device is characterized by high performance. The design of the case is very convenient. It is especially pleasant that the blender can be stored in a suspended state.
Optipro DDF6 (Moulinex, France)
Description. Power - 700 Watts. Color of the case - black, white, gray. The material of the body and the submerged part is rubber, matte stainless steel, plastic. Accessories: a whisk for mixing, a multi-petal corolla, a mini-mill, a cup-processor with a stainless steel knife and two disks, a measuring cup. The number of speeds is 5 (plus the function "Turbo"). Ergonomics. The body is equipped with inserts of rubber, so that your hands do not slip. The cord is extremely long - 1.55 m. The depth of the submerged part is 19 cm. Its working surface (metal edge) is equipped with a plastic edging that protects the dishes from scratches, which is very practical.
Multifunctionality. Along with a mini-mill and a measuring jug, the set includes a cup-processor. It can be used as a multifunctional combine: cut, rub, knead, grind, whisk. The cup-processor and jug for mixing differ record capacity - 1,5 and 2 l respectively. Extremely productive and multifunctional blender. Undoubted plus - the design of the submerged part, protecting dishes from scratches. The presence of a measuring cup is a trifle, but pleasant.
MR 6550 Multiquick Complete (Braun, Germany)

The number of speeds is 15 (plus turbo mode). Cord length - 1,25 m. Ergonomics. Impressive in power and dimensions, the blender has a comfortable casing that perfectly "lies" in the hand and does not slip. The submerged part has a record length of 22 cm. The device has 15 speeds, which allows you to get the desired consistency of dishes.
Multifunctionality. By this parameter, the Braun blender is able to compete with the food processor. The disc nozzles included in its configuration allow not only to beat and mix products, but also in various ways to cut or shred vegetables. Summary. The device is characterized by a convenient design. However, a rather weighty and voluminous body is designed more for a man's hand. The undoubted advantage of the blender is the record high functionality.
