Watermelon

We quench our thirst with ripe watermelons, and at the same timewe save ourselves from edema, treat kidneys and liver. Due to its delicate fiber, watermelon gently stimulates intestinal peristalsis and helps remove cholesterol. Just 150 g of watermelon satisfies a person's daily need for magnesium, which means our nervous system will be protected from stress. If you get bored of eating watermelon in its natural form, you can drink it (squeeze the juice), or you can beat the watermelon pulp in a blender with the addition of honey, white wine and freeze it - you will get a wonderful refreshing granita.
