Oatmeal Bars

How to cook oatmeal barsPhoto: Getty ImagesIngredients (for 10 servings):Bystrov® - 350 g, Raisins - 150 g, Applesauce - 100 g, Natural yogurt - 100 g, Milk - 100 ml, Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 2 tbsp., Cane sugar - 2 tbsp., Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Vanilla - 2 tsp., Baking powder - 2 tsp., Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp., Salt - 1/4 tsp. Directions: In a deep bowl, combine the cooked flakes, raisins, sugar, half the cinnamon, salt and baking powder. In a separate container, combine the applesauce, yogurt, milk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Combine the dry mixture with the liquid and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar and the remaining cinnamon. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool and cut into strips.
