Cooking time: 10 minutes from ready-made materials (no time for cooling). Average cost: 70 rubles. Cook the beets, grind in a blender. Gelatin is soaked according to the instructions, and then heated until dissolved and mixed with beet puree. Add cheese and sour cream. Salt and mix well. We take a mold, cut circles out of Borodino bread, the bread remains at the bottom of the mold. Top lay out beet mass with cheese. We remove in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then gently remove this wonderful beetroot cheesecake from the mold and decorate it with greens. Beautiful and tasty.
