Method of preparation: Soak mushrooms in broth or water. Leave until the legs are swollen. Then remove from the water, squeeze and cut into pieces. The water in which the mushrooms are soaked, we filter through gauze folded in several layers. Peel the onion, rub it in a grate, pour it into the pan and fry in oil for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and stew in the same pan with onions until the water evaporates. Mushrooms should be slightly roasted, the main thing is to make sure that the onions are not burnt. Next, pour the water that remains from the mushrooms and simmer another 5-10 minutes. By the way, this dish can be cooked not in chicken broth, but, for example, with meatballs.
