During the preparation of the Defender of the Fatherland pancakes, it is better to show them off from the kitchen, because it will suffice them in the heat of the heat, and it may turn out that there is simply not enough building material for the towers. Ingredients:

  • 400 g beef liver
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. l flour
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4–6 Art. l vegetable oil

For caramel:

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 mandarin

Preparation 1.Clean the liver from films and ducts, rinse, dry, cut into small pieces and chop with garlic in a blender or mince. 2. Add eggs, salt and stir. Then add the sifted flour and turn the chopper on again for 30 seconds. As a result, you should get a kind of dough. 3. Let the dough stand for ten minutes, then bake the pancakes in a pan with well-heated vegetable oil. Put the finished pancakes on paper to get rid of excess oil. 4. Heat olive oil in another pan, add granulated sugar and tangerine juice. Stir to make caramel. 5. Peel the onion, remove the core from the apple, then peel it. On the contrary, don't do it, otherwise the apple will crack! 6. Place the onion and apple slices in the caramel and wait until they are tender. 7. Build a turret on a plate, laying out alternately liver pancakes, an apple, an onion (and so on several layers). Drizzle with caramel and serve. Liver pancakes are a very convenient dish. The dough can be made in the evening and fry for breakfast in the morning, or prepare the dough in the morning and fry for dinner. With apples and onions in caramel, you can not bother. Some kind of vegetable - and everyone is full and happy.
