1. Games with a skipping rope
Number of players: from 3 people. The principle here is about the same as with rubber bands. Two people twist the rope, one jumps in different ways. When it gets lost or gets caught, he passes the turn. You can play with a larger number of people, when one is the leader, the rest stand around him. The leader twists the rope folded in half at ankle level, everyone jumps, then raises it to knee level, etc. The jumping methods also change. Those who are touched by the rope are eliminated.Photo: social networks
2. "Reins"
Number of players: from 3 people. The game is mainly for girls. Two participants put a rubber band on their ankles, the third one jumps over it, first in the simplest version. For example, three jumps on each side of the rubber band, then two, and finally one. Then the task becomes more complicated - the rubber band rises to the level of the knees, then the hips, waist, etc. The task of the jumper is not to touch the rubber band, not to get tangled in it. Then the combinations of jumps themselves become more complicated. For example, "pedestrians" - we jump and simultaneously step on both rubber bands, then alternately change legs. The main thing is not to let the rubber band out from under the foot or not to miss, which is difficult at higher levels. There are quite a few such exercise options. I remember that in order not to catch our shoes, we often played barefoot.Photo: Getty Images
3. The Bouncer
Number of players: from 5 people. Two "bouncers" stand opposite each other on either side of the court. The remaining players are in the middle. It is better to have a small, light ball so as not to accidentally hurt anyone. The "bouncers" task is to knock out the players in the middle with the ball, and the latter's task, accordingly, is to do everything in their power to stay in the game. Whoever is knocked out leaves the game or changes places with the "bouncer".
