2. Decorate the yard

Make multi-colored ice: tint the water (for example, with brilliant green, or just watercolors), add beads, glitter and other beauty, pour it into small molds. Dip the end of a ribbon folded into a loop inside. And put it in the freezer for a day. You get original ice decorations that will look great on trees.

3. Save the birds
Your child probably feels sorry for the poor birds,who have nothing to eat in winter. Support his soul's wonderful impulse - make several feeders. Well, or at least one. For this you will need an orange and a small pumpkin. Cut them in half and take out the filling. Each half is the basis for the feeder. Make holes in the orange peel and thread a thick thread through them. The same with the pumpkin? Only the rope will need to be thicker. Four feeders are ready! All that remains is to fill them: at the same time, remember what types of birds live in your area and what they eat.
4. Inflate, bubble
Has it ever occurred to you to let go?soap bubbles in winter? If not, you should try, because they behave differently in the cold. Firstly, they do not burst for a long time, which already pleases children. Secondly, in severe frost, the bubble freezes and turns into a glass ball. You can break it, or you can wait until beautiful patterns from the frost appear on its surface. The spectacle is extremely fascinating!
