On the noble act of the Portuguese playerCristiano Ronaldo is now rumbling around the world: after the victory of Portugal's national team for Euro-2016, the handsome player listed all his prizes in the charity fund to combat childhood cancer. The amount of the donation was impressive, no less than 275 thousand euros, translated into Russian money is almost 2 million rubles! "I can not remain silent # Netolko Ronaldo," Alexander Gesalov, a Russian public figure and international expert on social orphanhood, called his post in Facebook. And he spoke about the difficult but very noble decision that the well-known Russian football player and now the coach of the Russian national team and FC Zenit FC Sergey Semak took. Together with his wife Anna Semak, six months ago, she adopted a sick girl Tanya: the little girl's childhood was spent in the orphanage - the parents abandoned the child with the "hallmark" of the HIA. So doctors and teachers denote children with disabilities, that is, they have serious shortcomings in physical or mental development. Very often such children see badly, do not hear, hardly speak and have a lot of problems with the musculoskeletal system, that is, they can not move normally. Sergei Semak does not advertise what exactly problems with his health are already his daughter Tanechka. But it is known that the girl is being prepared for several expensive operations. All of them will be made at the expense of the family budget. Fortunately, Semak and his wife can afford such spending. Although their family is not just big, but a record-large family: 40-year-old Semak is the father of seven more children! From the first marriage he has a son, Ilya, and in a marriage with his current wife Anna Semak, five children were born: Semyon, Ivan, Varvara, Savva and Hilaria. Plus, the couple together bring up Anna's daughter from her first marriage - Mayu. Thus, little Tanya became the eighth child in the family of the St. Petersburg football coach.Coach "Zenith" Sergei Semak adopted a sick girlCoach "Zenith" Sergei Semak adopted a sick girl1/2Tanya is absolutely happy in her new familyPhoto:facebook.com/aleksandr.gezalovPhoto: facebook.com/aleksandr.gezalov“Now Tanechka practically has no legs. She has cerebral palsy and the damage is very serious. She can’t walk at all. You could say that the doctors should attach legs to her. But for some reason I believe that with time Tanya will be able to walk and even kick a football,” Alexander Gezalov shared the details with Woman’s Day. “Sergey and Anna still don’t want to talk about adopting a child. For them, all this is unnecessary PR. That’s why I decided to do it for them. Otherwise, it would be unfair: everyone has heard of Ronaldo, but no one knows about Semak. But Sergey and his wife Anya have long been helping orphanages, shelters, and the Orthodox children’s mission in St. Petersburg. Anya once admitted to me that she realized that she needed to help one specific child. Because orphanages are such a pit that no matter how many you throw into them, there will still be unhappy ones. That's why she decided to save at least one girl. And that girl was Tanya. Now Tanechka has practically no legs. She can't walk at all. You could say that doctors should attach legs to her. But for some reason I believe that with time Tanya will be able to walk and even kick a football. For Sergey and Anna, it was not an easy decision, they didn't just run - they took her. Anna held extensive consultations: with me, with teachers, doctors, other specialists. Between themselves, she and Sergey consulted for a long time. And then they found a girl in the adoption database and decided to take her. They deliberately chose a child with such a diagnosis. Because they have the ability to help her. And how did the other children of the football coach treat their newfound sister? According to Gezalov, everything went well, Tanya was accepted in the new family. "Sergey, Anna, the children are religious people, they all go to church together. And the confessor talked with the children. So everything is fine. Tanya is understood and loved in the family. I saw her photos taken earlier - a completely different child, a dull look. And now she is absolutely happy," Alexander shares. "Semak's example is not the only one," Alexander Gezalov continues. "In fact, many of our athletes are involved in charity work. They just don't talk about it. CSKA player Sergei Ignashevich, Zenit player Alexander Anyukov, and their wives actively help children. Not long ago, they collected almost 30 million rubles to make prostheses for sick children from orphanages." We would like to add that another famous Zenit player, Alexander Kerzhakov, who created the Stars for Children charity foundation with his wife Milana, is also involved in charity work. Incidentally, Kerzhakov's wife recently visited a St. Petersburg children's hospice and gave its director almost a million rubles to purchase medical equipment that the hospice desperately needs.
